Cancellations

If you cancel 24hours or less you will be charged 50% of your appointment price.

If you cancel 48hours you will be charged a £10 fee.

If you are using a voucher and cancel within 24hours, your voucher will be redeemed.

​

If you are using a voucher and cancel within 48hours your voucher WONT be redeemed but you will be asked to pay the £10 fee.
